The room was large and comfortable with everything we needed even if a bit dated.
Check in was easy.
The shower was very powerful and lots of hot water.

If you are in the area, be sure to stop by the Te Anau Glow Worm Caves. They are awesome. While in the caves we were treated to an experience we will treasure forever. Our guide asked if anyone wanted to sing, and when nobody responded, she asked if we would like to hear her. What a voice! We all had tears in our eyes when she finished.

A very interesting, quite expensive, trip across the lake, which, surprisingly, taught us a lot about glowworms. Gets booked up. Favourite sign read; I wish I was a glow worm, A glow worm's never glum, 'Cos how can you be grumpy, When the sun shines out your bum!
