Stoneridge Estate offers 5 star luxury bed and breakfast accommodation and fine dining in a tranquil setting, 15 minutes’ drive from the heart of Queenstown.

The property is in a vineyard and most rooms oversee a nice grape + tree + lake view. I stayed at Aoraki suite which is very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is daily complimentary cheese board - minibar, chips and a bottle of rose are also complimentary. I tried the “Trust the Chef” dinner at the estate which is very good. Quality food plus reasonably priced wine pairing / wine menu. Breakfast was good - continental plus a la carte. Last but not least, at the retreat suite there is a very nice lobby, infinity pool and hot tub.

Ramada Remarkables Park boasts spectacular views of the Remarkables Mountains and across to Coronet Peak. It offers modern, self-contained accommodation located adjacent to Queenstown Airport.

Convenient location near the airport (note - convenient for Frankton, not Queenstown!). Rooms were good quality and appreciated having a washer / dryer in the room. Breakfast in the attached cafe was great with better than expected selection. Parking was included and located in an underground car park - lift provided easy access for luggage.
