Staff were very friendly, hotel was close to Cromwell village, balcony was lovely to sit outside in the evening, breakfast at the restaurant adjoining the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced.

Location was ok set in the industrial part of the town, not a dela breaker (Cromwell's not that big). microwave and bar fridge in room with ensuite. Ideal for large groups as there is a large communal kitchen, dining area for group get togethers.
