Very good continental breakfast. Even though the property is on the main road, it is far enough down an accessway that traffic noise is not an issue. Its location was convenient. Absolutely stunning grounds. Friendly host.

Comfortable, compact, self-contained accommodation attached to owner's house. The garden is amazing and the patio outside the unit was a great place to sit. Excellent continental breakfast provided.
The detailed instructions about finding the place need to be studied in advance, it's tricky but explained well by the owner.
The owner was very friendly but not intrusive.

Room was very comfortable and worked well for 3 adults. Located right across the street from a very nice beach (Orewa). Walkable to many restaurants and shops. We only stayed here one night on our way from Bay of Islands to Rotorua but were pleasantly surprised by the beach and town. Seems very safe since the sliding doors were left open for us and keys were inside. Parking also provided :).

What a perfect place to spend our last few days in New Zealand. The place was clean bed the most comfortable bed we slept in the entire time we were in New Zealand. Had some great food was totally relaxing just sitting across from the beach enjoying sunshine and watching all the activities going on. The people who own the place are right upstairs if you have any problems which we did not
