The lodge was fantastic. Parking was generous and we particularly enjoyed the ambiance of the lodge with the fireplace and turn down service each day. The bathroom was also generously sized.

Loved this stay at Cardrona hotel! The room was well appointed, heated, cute and felt classic.
We made a reservation for dinner when booking and loved eating there for both dinner and the following breakfast. The mulled wine and mushroom breakfast in particular were incredible.
Had a cosy night at the Cardrona Hotel with a delicious dinner at the bar. The enormous nachos are a must! It was so nice being somewhere warm! Would highly recommend and very reasonably priced for the level of comfort and thoughtful finishing touches on the rooms.

Great location - quite close to Cardrona ski area and in the scenic valley. The room was very warm and pretty comfortable for three of us. It also was cleaned every day which is quite uncommon for NZ service. The kitchenette provided extra opportunities for heating/cooking some simple meals. Great bar/restaurant in the hotel (best Beef Wellington I ever tried). Proper wifi.
Beautiful place and lovely hosts. Breakfast was also delicious. Decided on an early dinner at Cardrona hotel as I was tired from cycling all day and Anne, the hostess offered to drive me there and pick me up after dinner.

Dinner at The Cardrona Hotel was excellent. The food was delicious especially the Beef Wellington.
Our apartment was beautiful. It was 100 m up the road from the pub and brand new. Very comfortable and well equipt and styled.
