Was a last minute booking and we were happy with it. Nice view from the balcony, though you are right on the street as well. Room was clean and comfortable and good value.

Kitty was very welcoming and generous with her time. Breakfast was great. Good food and company, very convivial. The garden attracts native birds and we saw a Kaka and Tui. An interesting walk from the house to Bluff Hill lookout and to view Napier port activities, which we found fascinating. Then a walk to lovely Napier and a look at the beautiful Art Deco buildings. Our favourite stay and favourite town in NZ, so far, will take a lot to beat. Thank you Kitty!
