It felt private and exclusive, there is only the one apartment. It was beautiful to be up in the mountains with the views and not so cold in mid Nov that I couldn't go for a stroll on dusk to listen for birds. It is close to the train line but that's the nature of the pass and did not disturb my sleep. I wouldn't risk the shower in case of slipping but lowered the amazing shower so it didn't spray.
