Jampa is in the Thamel district so it is extremely well located. Breakfast had an adequate selection. Room was comfortable with good wifi and a good selection of English news channels on TV. Pleasant and friendly staff.

beautiful garden, next to Thamel. Entrance fee, more for foreigners, some kind of a "rule" in some South Asian countries. It might be normal that we, the "riches" coming to visit poor countries, we "share" some of our wealth, as the main problem in the world today is wealth redistribution, which is a "shame" on us, the rich countries, exploiting the poors! Go to Dreams Garden, little expensive, but really not so much, and have a coffee or whatever you like, and enjoy the quietness and the beauty around you!

A special thanks to Aayush for being so nice and catering to me. The location was exceptional, near the Garden of Dreams and close to everything. The room was clean, modern , confortable and quite. Loved my stay here.
The staff were lovely, helped me to exchange cash, buy a SIM card, book a trip to some world heritage sites. Nothing was too much trouble & as a slightly nervous solo traveller in a new destination, they made me feel very at ease. Hotel was clean, nice garden with a bar, reasonable food. Right in the middle of Thamel, relaxing Garden of Dreams a 5 minute walk away.
Small cozy place located in peaceful Thamel. Lots of eatery, shops, money exchange nearby. I paid $20 a night and had WiFi, clean room and attach bath with hot shower. Hotel has no restaurant. It is a value for money and comfort on budget. Don't think twice, just book. 5 minutes walk to Garden of dreams and 10 mins drive Swayambhu temple. Sound healing singing bowl class was near too. Sunny Terrace Garden. Fantastic stay it was. Thank you! 👍👍
The location is perfect. Located in Thamel, it is close to the shops, bars, restaurants, etc. It is walking distance to KTM Durbar Square, Garden of Dreams, Royal Palace, etc. The staff and receptionists were so friendly and welcoming to me.
The hotels location is perfect. Quiet one-way street ,minutes away from the hussle and bussle.Close to markets ,restaurants, and its also walking distance to the beautiful Garden of Dreams . Staff were attentive and friendly. Make sure you allow time for a massage during your stay on the premises. Ask for a room over looking the garden or with a balcony for better access to natural light. Late check is available , and then we were able to leave bags at the hotel. They also allow you access to a shower if you have a late flight.

The location was good, was able to walk to lots of spots around the city, Garden of Dreams, Durbar square. Nearby large variety of cafes, restaurants, galleries.
It was in Thamel, walkable to the Garden of Dreams, the Narayhiti Palace, and the market area. The breakfast was simple but decent and filling. The pickup from the airport was arranged by the hotel and that was appreciated.
