Excellent location! A quiet tucked away hotel in the bustling Thamel District. Our room was therefore nice and quiet. Our room for three people was large, very clean and nicely appointed with air conditioning, lounge, wardrobe, TV, room mirror, ensuite bathroom and bedside tables and lamps as well as plenty of powerpoints! There are even nice rugs by the beds on the wooden floors which is also a nice touch. There is a lift at this hotel which is also very useful for luggage! The breakfast is also excellent - a lovely omelet made fresh, cereals, and other hot dishes. The coffee is also excellent - a great latte rather than instant coffee! I cannot fault this hotel - friendly service at all times and Prakash the concierge, has been so helpful in booking tours for us. We will be back here for sure and totally recommend it to anyone coming to Kathmandu!

beautiful garden, next to Thamel. Entrance fee, more for foreigners, some kind of a "rule" in some South Asian countries. It might be normal that we, the "riches" coming to visit poor countries, we "share" some of our wealth, as the main problem in the world today is wealth redistribution, which is a "shame" on us, the rich countries, exploiting the poors! Go to Dreams Garden, little expensive, but really not so much, and have a coffee or whatever you like, and enjoy the quietness and the beauty around you!

The staff were amazing. The location was great, we had everything we needed. Right next door to the wonderful Garden of Dreams, on the edge of Thamel, loads of restaurants within easy walking distance.
We stayed here before and after trekking. Great location if you need to do shopping for your trek and prefer authentic/western brands. Very close to Garden of Dreams.
The room is very comfortable and the staff nice and responsive. We left our bags here during our trek.
This is a lovely, family run hotel. The rooms are well furnished, clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. We loved being so close to the bustle of Thamel, but in a quiet street right next to the Garden of Dreams - it felt like an oasis of calm in the city. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast as well as a good selection of tasty food in the evenings.
Beautiful comfortable room with very good facilities (e.g. French press for coffee, stocked mini-bar, great shower). Very comfortable 6ft bed. Good location on the outskirts of Thamel, so easy to walk everywhere. Just across the road from the calm oasis of the Garden of Dreams. Pool (7th floor) and rooftop bar (9th floor) had great views over the city and were pleasant places to pass an hour or two. Staff very helpful and friendly.
A special thanks to Aayush for being so nice and catering to me. The location was exceptional, near the Garden of Dreams and close to everything. The room was clean, modern , confortable and quite. Loved my stay here.
The staff were lovely, helped me to exchange cash, buy a SIM card, book a trip to some world heritage sites. Nothing was too much trouble & as a slightly nervous solo traveller in a new destination, they made me feel very at ease. Hotel was clean, nice garden with a bar, reasonable food. Right in the middle of Thamel, relaxing Garden of Dreams a 5 minute walk away.
