Amazing location, 10 mins walk out of the centre but that meant it was quiet and better northern lights spotting opportunities. We saw them from our window on 2 out of 4 nights. Lovely breakfast in room with amazing view. Great room, there was cooking facilities, comfortable beds and awesome view from the window. Free hot chocolate and snacks too.

The hotel is VERY well located. There are two airport shuttle stops within 5 minutes and a city bus stop right across the street. The harbour and all the tour pick up locations are very close by. The staff were super friendly and the tee/coffee/cake/cookies offer in the afternoon was a great extra touch. There are many restaurants close by too. The breakfast spread was also okay. The room itself was a bit small, but enough for two people. Everything was clean and comfortable. The heated floors in the bathroom and towel warmer were amazing touches that made a huge difference by -15C.

The location of the apartment is amazing, only a 5 min walk of the bus stop to get over the bridge, and many attractions such as the cable car and the Arctic Cathedral are right on the doorstep. Very cosy and warm (essential in the snow!) and had everything we needed facilities wise. Also nice having an individual entrance as made it feel like our own home for the stay. Also - Hanne and Marc were fabulous, always on hand to give us lots of helpful information throughout the stay.
The view of the apartment was really incredible. We had a direct view to the Fjellheisen, the Arctic Cathedral and sea. We enjoyed the view so much. During the snow storms and on the clear days, it was always amazing. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and had a nice kitchen. The area around is quite new and modern. Great floor heating and additional radiators in the sleeping rooms.
The Quality Hotel Saga spot is the best in Tromso ! Our view out our bedroom window was spectacular, with the Arctic Cathedral, mountain and more !

Rooms were super clean, beds soft and the hotel have a a la carte menue from Monday to Thursday evenings with super good food and value for money. Breakfasts were the best !
The location is great. It is easy to take the bus to the center or to do some activities. Some guides would drop us off at the Arctic Cathedral which was so nice. We liked that the property was well equipped. It felt like home, we were able to cook a lot with the local ingredients which we absolutely loved. The apartment felt warm, cosy and clean. The owner is very friendly and has a cute son.
Beautiful little apartment. Great location, near the arctic cathedral and cable car. An enjoyable walk into the city, but lots of buses if you prefer. Cosy, nicely decorated, excellent shower, really well equipped. Lots of helpful information from hosts. Just perfect!

The location is great, the room was spacious and clean, and we had great views across the water to the Arctic Cathedral and cable car. The breakfast was large and varied. The restaurant had a limited menu but there were lots of restaurants nearby so that wasn't an issue, and the one time we did eat at the hotel restaurant the food was very good. We intend to return to Tromso and intend to stay here again.
Location was excellent. Beautiful view over the Vervet Quarter and the water, plus a glimpse of the Arctic Cathedral from the apartment I had. Well equipped apartment with everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. Bonus having the Vervet Bakery right downstairs, for picking up fresh bread and pastries and coffee in the morning.
I like this room for its affordable price. The facilities were clean and the heating worked fine. The location was also good. It was near the Arctic Cathedral and you could go to the meeting point by bus. But if you have more choices, personally I would suggest booking hotels or hostels at the other end of the bridge where most of the meeting points are located.

Tromsø isn't large or crowded by any stretch of the imagination and walking allows one to take in the sights and enjoy the layout of the town. Places of interest aren't too far apart and it is even possible to walk across the Bruvegen to the Arctic Cathedral (Ishavskatedralen) or to the cable car for Mount Storsteinen.
