The hotel manager and her staff were attentive, helpful, good listeners, and happy. We enjoyed all interactions with the staff.
The breakfast was a feast. Beautiful and delicious. Canadian hotels could really learn something about breakfasts that are included with the room.
The location was superb. Right in the heart of town. They do need to re-think the front entrance. I think it needs to be more accessible for the physically handicapped.

Had a lovely night here. I was able to get early Access to store my bags and to store my bags for an extra hour after check out. A very convenient location near shops and town. Easy to find with directions and pictures from the host. Would stay here agau
