I travel for business and this week I happened to be at your location for 6 nights.
I have never seen this type of lack of leadership regarding housekeeping up taken in hotels of your prestige.
I was expecting to have room cleaning maybe 2-3 times during my stay. Unfortunately I do not think my room was clean once during my 6 days.
As you can see on the pictures, mold was over the glass door and walls on the shower, my hairs were there accumulation on the floors of the room as days went by.
Only things I notice were clean towels, on top of old once, and bed been made everyday.
Hope you can keep a better eye on your cleaning crew!

This town lacked such a nice hotel with great environment and service when I studied in Wageningen University three years ago. The hotel is located on the main street, so it is very convenient to go shopping and eating on the main street. The bus station is also only 200 meters away from the hotel, so it is very convenient to go to the campus and other cities. The room is large enough, the bed is very soft, and there is a desk for work. If you come to Wageningen for a visit or travel, staying in this hotel is a good choice.

This is the perfect place for staying in Wageningen, it's close to the Wageningen University, bus station and city center. I like that they have bikes to rent and a laundry area, which is very convenient. The room has a lot of light, a big wardrobe and it's own fridge. The staff is very friendly!
