From the moment we arrived the experience was exceptional. We arrived early and they greeted us with champagne in the lovely Dr while we waited. The service was first class the entire stay. The location so lovely to walk to stores, restaurants and museums. The hotel is a historic building decorated beautifully making it feel like home with elegance. We will always stay here when in Amsterdam from now on!

Its location is pretty central. Water pressure and heat were fine. The common areas of the boat were nice.
