Little bit of maintenance needed. Hairdryer not working. Not all electric sockets working. Bottom gem of curtain loose. Cheap soap in dispenser and the hotel toiletries are so date and un useful, that I don’t understand why these are put out! For the price of €158 per night!!

Literally just next to Zaandam station with an Albert Heijn supermarket opposite it, it's in a great location if you're looking to stay outside the city centre with a direct train to Centraal and to the airport. Lots to do in the area itself too.
The twin room was spacious and clean and they provide toiletries and tea/coffee in the room. The hotel also has dining options and a small gym with free weights, chest machine, and treadmill. The staff were also very sweet and helpful.
The room is clean, big, new, and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a great variety of tasty hot and cold food! The hotel is located very near to Zaandam station (just 2 or 3 minutes walk) though it's at the quieter side of it (not at the side of town center). It takes only 20 minutes to Amsterdam with trains that depart regularly and frequently. It would be a good choice for those who don't want to spend much more for a poorer room in Amsterdam.
Not in a central location but still very close to central station, only two stops on the train from zaandam station. Clean rooms and the hotel in general was very clean and nicely decorated.
Everything was perfect about this hotel especially for the value. Zaandam is such a nice cute little place. You are a 10 min walk from Zaandam station then 10 min train into central Amsterdam and tickets are dirt cheap too. Hotel was clean, the bed was super comfy, staff were always on hand to help and there was free hot drinks in the lounge! Highly recommend
Excellent location, 2 stations from Amsterdam Centraal & the hotel was 2 minutes walk from Zaandam Station. Plenty of shops, restaurants & coffee shops within easy walking distance. The exterior design of the hotel is fantastic & quirky & was the reason I chose this hotel. Really comfortable bed & pillows.
Zaandam station is just 2 stops away from Amsterdam Central station. Hotel is just right outside the station and its really convenient. Primark and mc donalds are also next to hotel along with other food places to eat. Be sure to check out Zaanse Schans for it is also 2 stops away from Zaandam station. Room was comfortable and bed was a tad soft but still good.
The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful. It was a short taxi ride to the place with the windmills and folk village. There was a supermarket near the hotel. The hotel was close to Zaandam station. You exit the station to the right and go down in the lift then turn right at the bottom. It was a bit difficult to find the first time but easy when you know the way.
The room was great and so were the staff. They would provide you with whatever you needed. The hotel is located right next to Zaandam station which was convenient. Zaandam itself is nice to see before taking a 15 min train to Amsterdam.
