Beautiful design - nicely laid out. Nice room and bed. Lovely hot and powerful shower. Toilet and shower in separate cubicles. Lovely staff. Generally good breakfast. Gave me a wonderful “take out” bag to replace breakfast when I needed 4.30am check out for flight….. included in separate cups fresh fruit, yoghurt and corn flakes. What a treat at the airport!Loved the mini granary rolls at breakfast.

-Gianluca, at the front desk, was so friendly and efficient!
-Quietness of the room: it felt as if we had been alone in the building.
-Room cleaning was only every few days and that works well for us.
-Kitchenette well equiped (with dishwasher, even): cool for us, as we like to have breakfast before showering and dressing. We also easily cooke the occasional evening meal.
-Ample stock of bicycles to borrow from. We ended up biking 10 minutes to the nearest direct line into the city and continued from there by tram. Worked out well.

A supernice location at the edge of the Jordaan, far enough from the hustle and bustle to sleep, close enough to enjoy it. The staff was superfriendly and helpful, they even offered me an upgrade.

The hotel has easy access to the city center about 15 min by tram. I've stayed at CityHub in Copenhagen and this time at Amsterdam. The structures are the same, but just a bit smaller.
All staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose CityHub in my next visit to Amsterdam.

There were so many things we loved about this hotel! The decor is unlike any we’ve seen before, with cozy corners perfect for decompressing after a day of sightseeing, and even complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, and fruit-infused water. The staff were lovely and helpful overall, though we did have one small hiccup with the woman who runs the restaurant, as her manner and communication were a bit abrasive.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re returning with our family this summer!

Great location at Amsterdam Sloterdijk station with easy access to Amsterdam, Schipol airport and transport to the Netherlands via train or bus. Good shared kitchen facilities or a good Italian restaurant very close. 24hr reception is excellent for very early or late departure.
Plenty of room, bathroom comfortably sized.
Decent shower which reached the correct temperature almost immediately.
Check-in was professional and obtaining extra coffee for multiple-night stay was simple.
Bar and restaurant downstairs stayed open until 22:45 (I think)
2 minute walk to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station and yet was shielded from the train noise.
Not on a drunk-walk route, so no interrupted sleep by drunks staggering home.
