Staff were extremely helpful, my son was unwell and this guy at the reception (don’t remember his name - medium height) at 1 am morning (of 23 rd Sep) guided me to the nearest clinic and was extremely helpful.
Forgot to mention breakfast spread was amazing and had wide choices.
We wrongly booked the date. The owner kind enough to give us permission to stay at another place. It was a villa. Great for family stay. Just search villa in Bayan Lepas near SPICE Arena. You'll definitely find it.
As for the original booking place, like us to stay for a night stop, it was good enough. Provided with two cozy queen beds equipped with ironing board, a wall fan and a small portable table. It has an attic kinda style.
Rooms was comfortable. There's water dispenser in my room. First time I see this in a hotel room. Good for me coz easy to make my drink. There's a coffee machine too.
Good location if you want to stay in Bayan Baru area. Just next to SPICE Arena.
Very clean, comfortable and spacious house for 5 adults. Features complete furnitures in every room of the house as well as great views of the Spice Arena at night. The toilet is also very clean and most importantly the kitchen space is comfortable and has equipment for cooking. Very worth the price.
