Excellent location if you have work or things to do at SPICE Arena. It is surrounded by restaurants as well as food courts so finding place to eat will be extremely easy.
Clean, spacious and comfortable and definitely worth the money. Owner is very responsive and even provides tips and guidance if needed eg; where to eat, where to go etc.
