We loved the location. It was close to many great local places to eat and also close to the waterfront and bars.
It was very comfortable. The bed was amazing. We both slept very well. We are both always so grateful for 2 pillows. The amenities are as expected, the tv worked well and had great movie options. The hostess was very communicative via WhatsApp. It was basically immediate responses, which is amazing! Coffee/tea/water was nice.

Great location within 5-10 mins walk to Imago Shopping Mall, Park tour services, 24hr restaurants, convenience stores and laundry! The rooms are clean and spacious as well with complete toiletries. The staffs are also supportive and help us to call Taxi when we were caught in the heavy monsoon rain.
Imago KK Times Square offers an incredibly convenient stay right above Imago Shopping Mall where you can enjoy a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Another plus point is that the property is located near major attractions such as Gaya Street, Tanjung Aru Beach, and Sabah State Museum, making it perfect for both sightseeing and relaxation. Everything in the hotel is well kept!
the location is strategic it's in the center of the city just a minute walk to imago shopping mall.. about the unit i stayed it really meet my expectation especially 3 rooms that suitable for me and my family
The location is great. The apartment building is directly connected to the Imago shopping mall and is just a 15-minute drive from the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal. It’s also conveniently close to the airport. However, be prepared for the frequent noise and sight of airplanes landing. The host was very helpful, guiding us to the parking lot and the mall.
The breakfast was okay, had a little bit more of an expectations from the review but it was just alright.
The rooms were very clean and had a good view. I also love how quick the staff were to accommodate to us and the smooth check in. Parking was great also as it was free and mostly available.
I would recommend and come back again when I come over to KK as the hotel is really close by to many places, like IMAGO Shopping Mall, Api Api Night Market and Jalan Gaya.
The hotel is very near to The Imago Shopping Mall.
You can find a few good restaurant around plus there are two 24/7 mini convenient shops next to the hotel.
The location is good, imago shopping mall is just under the apartment. Cleanliness is good and unit is beautiful. Had a really wonderful stay at Deco Home.
