Everything was perfect. We were surprised with how spacious and modern our room was. The minibar was constantly restocked, which helped us when we went exploring. The location was fantastic to visit the sights we wished to visit. Additionally, the staff made us feel really welcome and were super friendly. They also loved playing with our daughter, who had a wonderful time.
In short, we loved everything and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in KL.

Our intial room had electrical issue on the first night. But the staff had kindly deal with the issue, upgraded our room with added breakfast. that was very appreciated. Our second room was perfect
