We had a wonderful stay at Putrajaya Marriott. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Firstly, the receptionist, Sarmila, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Sarmila went above and beyond by making special arrangements for our little girl, who has food allergies, ensuring she had safe and delicious options to eat. Her professionalism and friendliness were much appreciated.
The restaurant manager, the receptionist at the buffet counter, and the chef also deserve special mention. Both dinner and the breakfast buffet were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The buffet manager ensured everything was perfectly organized and attended to all guests with great care.
