Nice new hotel with fitting out keeping local material and culture in mind. Very kind staff. We highly recommend top floor hotel room 18th floor with full view of twin towers. Only a few have the real view but it’s worth the money. Great pool plus lounge and bar pus fitness on 6th floor. Delicious breakfast.

This is an overhyped tourist destination.
This is an overhyped tourist destination. Such a beautiful cave temple location, but so unclean, ruined by trash thrown by some visitors. Seems the people managing the place were only interested in collecting offering and hawkers selling them to visitors.

We went early afternoon and it was busy but not too crowded, the steps are not too bad to climb and sadly we had missed the rituals through the temples but it was a nice experience that is FREE, just watch out for the monkeys and have change ready if you need a toilet!

If you download the Malaysian version of the Grab app, it is easy to book a car there and back and you can pay cash to the driver. Go earlier in the morning before it gets too hot and you can round off the morning with a roti canai at the cafe located there. It's easy to get a Grab back from Batu Caves now too with a dedicated drop off/pick up location next to the front gates.

Go early in the morning before the crowds. I am talking 7.30 am.
The walk up the stairs really is exhausting, and you will be a sweaty mess when you get to the top. Bring multiple hankies or hand towels to sop up.
Well worth the visit. Surrounding tea houses and restaurants excellent to hang out in. And do visit the other temple in the complex - they charge small entry fees.

The location was excellent 10 minutes drive to Masjid India ; about 15 20 mins drive to Batu Caves ; 10 minutes to China Town; if there is no traffic. The same location could take atleast 40 to 50 minutes if you are driving across the traffic. The car park is so huge and very safe if you are driving.
Close to the twin towers and the mall. The apartment was clean and tidy and the aircon was great. Had a washing machine and dryer combo which was great as we travelled a few weeks prior. Would recommend if you’re wanting to see Kuala Lumpur and travel to Batu caves
Very nice clean place with a rooftop swimming pool. Easy to check in and out thanks to the instructions given. A special big thanks to Saren and Dinesh who made us discover KL and more via organized tours. ( we did batu caves-elephant sanctuary-eagle feeding-fireflies and blue tears the same day) Highly recommended, very friendly, organized, professionnal and customer satisfaction oriented. Go directly to them at the entrance of the building if you need any taxi, driver or limousine to enjoy your trip
