Comfortable bed and lots of pillows to choose from. Security at the start of the street made it feel like a safe area. Perfect location near 5th Ave and the beach (we went to watch the sunrise a few times which was awesome)! Miguel & Clara made this feel like a home away from home, they gave great recommendations, were available for any questions and spoke English perfectly which made it super easy to communicate.

Imagine staying in your own resort where you could go to the wine cellar and grab a couple of bottles and then stop by the chocolatier shop and grab some delicacies with no one around it’s like you owned the place! Food was amazing and they would create whatever you desired like a personal chef a personal butler was always available and the spa was heavenly

Busy bus depot, in busy part of town (it is right in the main tourist area, and close to the ferry terminal to Cozumel). Staff helpful, even with our basic Spanish. But be aware that there are TWO ADO bus stations in Playa del Carmen, so be sure you know which one you need (especially important for outgoing bus trips).

When purchasing a bus ticket from airport, know that there are 2 bus stations for Playa del Carmen. If you are staying on the north side of the city, ask for a ticket to the station at 20 Avenida Norte and 12 Calle Norte. The other one is the main one by the Maritime Terminal more in the center of town on the main strip.

Ado stations were perfect 👍🏻 Very good organized, there was all the time an opportunity to store our luggage, so we could enjoy our walk before leaving without street, and luggage on our backs☺️ Shops for the food and drinks also, and a toilet too. All the time we bought a tickets online and just showed them by a mobile phones

The driver don't let me get into the bus with a hand luggage that I carried into the plane. I bought many fragile ceramic things and don't allow me to get it into the bus and told me to let it with all the luggage at the bottom of the bus.
