This resort has it ALL! The facility was very clean. The breakfast buffet had many different options for both kids and adults. The rooms were very quiet and beds comfortable. And most of all, the staff was extremely hard working and friendly beyond our expectations.

This boutique hotel is very ideally situated just off the main road of Sliema in a quiet street.
The staff were very welcoming, hospitable and informative throughout our stay. Upon request, we were kindly allowed to check in an hour prior and an hour after the official check in and check out times.
To celebrate our occassion, we were given a little treat upon entering our room which was greatly appreciated!
Our room was clean, modern and had all the ammenities required from a fridge, iron, coffee machine and perfectly working AC. The beds were comfy aswell. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were also provided daily.
The breakfast consisted of a very decent range of sweet and savoury items. There is also a coffee machine for those who need their morning latte/cappucino fix.
There’s a Lidl closeby and plenty of other shops and Restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.
If you’re getting a bus transfer from the Airport to the hotel, then note that ‘Ghadir’ is the stop to get off at in Sliema to get to the hotel. Allow approximately an hour from or to the Airport if using the bus transfer service in peak times.

The property is very well located near Sliema and Spínola Bay. The staff was always ready to help and there are plenty of recommendations for things to do in Malta in the reception area. The included breakfast was probably the best I ever had in a hostel.
The view of Spinola Bay was magnificent. The balcony was large enough for a table and chairs. Self-check in was easy. Host made sure I was OK daily. Free wifi worked well. Master bed was comfortable. Appreciated having both a kettle and a microwave. Small grocery store 3 mins walking away- large store 5 mins. Bus stop 1 or 3 mins away. Three AC units - one in each bedroom and one for the main room. Elevator/lift worked well.
The best location in Malta, surrounded by all the necessary shops and bars. Walking distance to the beaches. The terrace has an amazing view on Spinola Bay, very instagrammable. The host Domenico is very friendly and tries his best to provide the perfect service. Rooms are clean and comfortable
We stayed there for 14 days and enjoyed every minute - especially the familiar atmosphere, the cosy bed and the excellent breakfast. The hotel is located near the beauftiful Spinola Bay. Sometimes it is a bit noisy but it is St. Julian's 😉. If you want to stay in St. Julian's this is the place to be.
This is a perfect place to stay when in Malta. Very clean and beautiful property. We got an upgrade to a room with Balcony and had the view of Spinola Bay.

This 4-star hotel is perfectly located right at Spinola Bay. The best part of the room is a balcony overlooking the bay, with really beautiful views – especially from the top floors. The second best is the cafe/restaurant at the entrance with a nice terrace. The room is rather big and pretty comfortable. The staff are really trying their best — although it does not always work :-) Would probably stay again when in Malta.
The location was excellent with the small manmade Sandy beach of Balluta Bay right outside. The location was east to walk or grab a scooter to Spinola Bay or Paceville and not too far from Sliema.
