The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing, with nice little room features like a manual coffee grinder and a retro Bluetooth radio, in addition to having all of the standard services you would expect from a high quality hotel. My room also included a spacious balcony that I used often. Location-wise, it's fantastic, with walkable amenities and attractions in all directions. Best of all, the staff was incredibly helpful, and assisted my fiancée and I with catching a taxi to the ferry station after we checked out.

Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)
