This is my second time to stay at Andaz and I have nothing to complain about it at all, as expected. The room and facilities are clean, neat and comfy. Have to give a special credit to the team that picked the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion - their fragrance were incredible with the woody, musky notes just like those high end perfume.
The staff, not only the receptionists but including the bell boys and housekeeping team are all so well-mannered, helpful and friendly. The services provided are excellent needless to say. When my friend and I left the room after checking in and unpacking our belongings around 5pm, the housekeeping lady, May has re-organised and tidied up our room once again (placing our skincare products tidily on a towel on the bathroom countertop, bringing us 2 packs of sleep masks, earplugs, bottled water and glasses on the bedside tables, drawing the curtains, etc.) which was extremely thoughtful.
