This is a smaller 5 star hotel outside the crazy big hotel zone with the huge hotels. A nice human scale hotel, with a great pool area to relax. The rooms are a bit dated but some have a balcony with good views over the area. Good breakfast and overall OK.

Super experience! The hotel is conveniently located next to the harbor, within walking distance for those arriving by ferry from Hong Kong. It’s an impressive hotel—extremely clean and well-maintained. The reception staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We were celebrating a special occasion, and they kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a magnificent suite. It was such a memorable experience we won’t forget. The hotel is also well-situated for exploring Macau. Our recommendation is to take a taxi (bring cash); it’s not too expensive and makes getting around much easier.
(Special mention to the receptionist who handwrote a beautiful card—you’re extraordinary!)

Staffs are professional, honest and helpful. Kindly arranged a cot for us upon arrival, and housekeeping is prompt, especially the kind housekeeper vacuumed the biscuit crumbs for us straight away after the kids made a mess. Quite near to other hotels.

Everything was perfect! From the smooth check-in through the nicely decorated and spacious room to the tasty breakfast, it was a great stay. We picked the hotel because the price was lower than other similar accommodation options in Macau, but it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The beds were especially comfortable, the bathroom was clean and very nice, and the balcony view was awesome. It is also worth mentioning that the staff was extremely welcoming and spoke very good English. A great value for money!

It was OK.
It was OK. Macau seemed to be mainly set up for tourists from the mainland. I had several incidents with taxi drivers that did not leave a good impression on me. As soon as you tried to ask a question in English, they didn't want to know.
It was busy, tour groups everywhere, so I guess it must be popular.
Plenty to see and spend your money on, but for me, I couldn't wait to leave the place.

Although Macau is small and mainly divided into 2 areas. I really enjoy the affordability and the atmosphere of Macau as compared to Hongkong. Also, i feel since the majority of population of Macau is working in the service and gaming industry, the Macanese are more friendly and polite.
Also i meet a few very helpful people to give me directions when i was lost. In generally i feel Macau is definitely a place worth visiting. "Vegas of the East".

The position to the shopping at Senardo Square and also to the short trip to China to the shopping centre. The Hotel has a very nice ambience and it feels relaxed and safe. We have stayed at the hotels which are new and across the water but we prefer to be in Macau and prefer not to have to walk long distances.

Great food but locals are hard to communicate with. Lots of cute cafes. Particularly loved Portuguese foods here! But locals can be sometimes rude and unfriendly. Need more guards or security who can speak english on the street.

Gucci at the concierge and Joanne at the reception really took care of all our needs from celebration of family birthday to all the itinerary. The service here is really the best. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety, facility was good and clean, the hotel is a lot quieter than other bigger hotel which I really enjoyed. I would highly recommend four seasons hotel Macau to anyone. Thanks Gucci and Joanne for your exceptional service to make our stay really special♡
I don’t think there is any hotel like this in Macau.
Convenient location and easy access to everything. It's a great place to stay for lovers, family and friends.
Breakfast is great.
A hotel with auxiliary facilities and only the essentials!
The staff are so very friendly~
The hotel is very close to the main bus stops terminal and the center of Macau. The room is comfortable, with quiet air conditioning. The staff is very kind. There are plenty options for breakfast. I would choose to live there again for sure.
One of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have had... The staff at Banyan Tree Macau went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect... I can not fault them and actually would give them 20/10 points... Thank you
