Well deserved as a 5-star hotel

The room is so spaciious. Love taking bath looking over the river view.

The room was good and comfortable. Most were good. The bell boy Richard at the luggage storage was kind enough to assist us to the shuttle bus area as we were travelling with children. The place is good and the facilities is good. It is a nice place

Hotel Staff are very nice and helpful especially 2 front desk ladies staff named Robot and Youxing. I can feel their enthusiasm for their works thru their supports. It was a pleasant stay and I wish to visit this hotel again.

Stay was made enjoyable by Jacey at check in, she was incredibly helpful and hospitable and made us feel welcome.
