I had a fantastic stay and ended up extending my visit by two more nights. The host was always available and ready to assist with anything I needed. The accommodation was spotless, and the private bathroom was a great touch. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view of the mountains and old town from the balcony. The location is ideal, right next to the Upper Gate of the fortress and just 20 meters from the Ancient Theater. I highly recommend this place!
The best thing about House Lucija is the location and the breathtaking view from the balcony. The sun beds on the beachfront were also a huge hit.
Lucija and Ljupcho were incredible hosts, waited for us until pretty late in the evening for checkin, provided parking space at the upper gate and made sure we are comfortable during the entire stay.
The room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed, big wardrobe and a desk, and a lovely balcony.
The room has a really tiny bathroom, but we didn’t mind it.
Great location in old town close to upper gate and few minutes downhill to the city square, exceptional view on the lake, large terrace, welcome snacks, croissants, beer and water waiting in the room.
Host is exceptional and always there if you need him.
Newly renovated apartments. True to the pictures. Great location ath the Old town. Free parking at Upper gate. Super helpfull host, we got help with the luggage from the parking at Upper gate to the vila.
If travelling by car, contact the owner prir to you arrival, for instructions how to get into the Old Town. As I remember you have to use Upper Gate to the Old City since others are closed with a ramp. We parked on a nearby street for free. The owner was super nice and took our luggage to the house/room. The house is located in the Old Town of Ohrid. so you can reach everything (attractions, restaurants, stores) by foot.
