The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the restaurants they recommended (where you can also get discounts) were excellent. The room was comfortable, with a great mattress, pillows, and a very nice shower. Despite being in the city center, the area was surprisingly calm and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was as advertised, clean and in good shape.
The communication with the host was excellent, met us at the place, showed us around, we had parking spot right below our balcony.
The location was quiet, 5min walk from the Skopje city mall.
There were restaurants, bars and pizza place nearby.
Also, host agreed to extend our stay for two more hours for free, as we wanted to visit nearby attractions in the morning.
