Excellent QPR. Convenient location. Not a big hôtel. Pretty good soundproof. Stayed winter and it was warm in the room.
Kettle and safe in the room, breakfast was fine. They even have a small gym area.

Place was as advertised, clean and in good shape.
The communication with the host was excellent, met us at the place, showed us around, we had parking spot right below our balcony.
The location was quiet, 5min walk from the Skopje city mall.
There were restaurants, bars and pizza place nearby.
Also, host agreed to extend our stay for two more hours for free, as we wanted to visit nearby attractions in the morning.
