The room was OK though not spectacular, clean enough & with amenities & a nice balcony with a lovely sea view . Wonderful location for the hotel but difficult parking and entering/ exitiing hotel with luggage . Breakfast was very good and the terrace was lovely to eat & hang out on . The place was really perfect for us on a car tour of the Budva region and a very relaxing place to stay . Just the access was a bit difficult with luggage and parking not so easy either . All else was good !

Staff - Wonderful! They went above and beyond and also gave out touring locations and also went out of their way to help with booking a boat tour even when it was out of season. The attitude and eagerness to serve the guests really made the whole experience extremely exceptional.
Facilities - There's a spa, sauna and restaurant. The spa and sauna weren't ultra-luxurious but it was private and very clean and also very modern. For the price we paid to stay, these relaxation facilities were absolutely magnificent. The restaurant is like fine Georgian cuisine with an extensive enough menu. We've tried other restaurants in Budva but personally, I've always preferred the food that Zeta Restaurant makes, as it is really one of the best around.
Cleanliness / Comfort - The hotel is very clean, from the exterior to the reception and elevator and to the stairs and the rooms. The accommodations are fairly modern and for the price, everything was made of pretty high quality materials. One of my bigger complaints when staying abroad is that hosts would often use expensive looking furnishings and interior designs but they're just facades made of cheap, plasticky materials.
Zeta might be using "cheaper" materials but the feel is definitely 4 stars or more. The bedding and sheets were soft, clean and light. The pillows were airy and cool, which were perfect for sleeping at night and for resting a sore neck.
Location - Wonderful! It's seaside with a 1/2 minute walk to the beach and a quaint little boardwalk. You can watch paragliders land here as well. The place is fairly quiet although there are occasionally live music playing at some venue along the beach. The rooms are well insulated so it shouldn't be a big problem.
Sveti Stefan, Budva downtown are the closest nearby attractions. Tivat and Kotor Old town are a little further away but not too far. Sveti Nikola island is also right in view as well.

There's really nothing here, it's very disappointing, well, more boring than disappointing. I don't know what I was expecting and I kept thinking I must be missing something. You're basically going to be on one quite dull beach or the other, separate by the road leading the island village with the permanently locked door to keep you out - fair enough. In the end I went to a cafe called Olive and had a beer which was the highlight! I cannot fathom how it gained a reputation of being somewhere to visit unless this was the PR effort of the cafe!

Nice to see it from the top - from the viewpoint on the mountain road above it. Island itself is closed so no point of actually driving down there and paying for parking (very expensive). The beach near island is ok - not too bad and not too good, but expensive as hell.

I had just finished a 1000 km walk, so I was looking to relax. Sunset is not close to anything, but it has a nice pool and great staff. The owner happily will drive you to Sveti Stefan-a fabulous beach, and pick you up or anywhere else you want to go. There is an excellent restaurant, owned by his cousin, a short walk from the hotel. Excellent food and service and a beautiful view. Breakfast is provided at the hotel every morning.
It is a new hotel. It was opened 10 days ago and everything is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. The view is really nice. You can even see Sveti Stefan from your balcony.
This property was perfectly clean, room was spacious, fresh and terrace is big enough, wiev was amazing which includes mountains and the adriatic sea. If you rent a car and love calm nature, you can absolutely choose this place. Riding to sveti stefan is about 25 minutes include the intense traffic. Budva is close as 15 min. But one of the best beach jaz is close as 5 min. There is a supermarket near jaz and it has all the thing you need. Also hosts are generous and welcoming people, i appreciated them for everything.
Location was perfect. Short walk from the bus station, to the bus stop for bus to Sveti Stefan, and to the Budva beaches. Wifi was strong. Garden area was big and cosy for common area, with a decent outdoor kitchen. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in recent years and it has the best view among hotels in Becici. The room and the breakfast had been great and everyone should make themselves a favor by staying at one of their sea-view rooms for waking up to a breathtaking Adriatic view. The hotel is 5 min from Sveti Stefan and has its own beach as well, which is the best-serving beach on the coastal line. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to stay in this area!
The staff was very cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. We had an amazing couple of days with a great view and we could be at the beach in 5-6 minutes. The location is right in the middle of old town Budva and Sveti Stefan, so access to tourist attraction areas was easy. I definitely recommend spending a couple of days with these great people!
Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We had a fantastic ocean view from the 5th floor. We were appreciative to have the free parking and the location was good just between Sveti Stefan and Budva (easy to take a taxi or bus).
