What a wonderful hotel! The close access to the beach was amazing, the day beds are comfortable (we loved the head sun protection) and the beach towels were fluffy and nice. We had a balcony sea view, and it was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing there. The rooms were super clean, including daily and a top down service. The breakfast was BIG, local and traditional foods and has something for everyone. The restaurants are fabulous, we loved the entertainment at the Japanese outside restaurant, which didn't have only Japanese food, it had a great selection and we ate there a few times. Loved the wood pizza oven, delicious pizza. We frequented the spa often, utilizing the different saunas. Overall, a great stay and we hope to come back again!

The location is great but you need a car to go anywhere. Breakfast is very nice and sunset views from the porch are great. The beach is lovely.

There's really nothing here, it's very disappointing, well, more boring than disappointing. I don't know what I was expecting and I kept thinking I must be missing something. You're basically going to be on one quite dull beach or the other, separate by the road leading the island village with the permanently locked door to keep you out - fair enough. In the end I went to a cafe called Olive and had a beer which was the highlight! I cannot fathom how it gained a reputation of being somewhere to visit unless this was the PR effort of the cafe!

Nice to see it from the top - from the viewpoint on the mountain road above it. Island itself is closed so no point of actually driving down there and paying for parking (very expensive). The beach near island is ok - not too bad and not too good, but expensive as hell.

I had just finished a 1000 km walk, so I was looking to relax. Sunset is not close to anything, but it has a nice pool and great staff. The owner happily will drive you to Sveti Stefan-a fabulous beach, and pick you up or anywhere else you want to go. There is an excellent restaurant, owned by his cousin, a short walk from the hotel. Excellent food and service and a beautiful view. Breakfast is provided at the hotel every morning.
It is a new hotel. It was opened 10 days ago and everything is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. The view is really nice. You can even see Sveti Stefan from your balcony.
This property was perfectly clean, room was spacious, fresh and terrace is big enough, wiev was amazing which includes mountains and the adriatic sea. If you rent a car and love calm nature, you can absolutely choose this place. Riding to sveti stefan is about 25 minutes include the intense traffic. Budva is close as 15 min. But one of the best beach jaz is close as 5 min. There is a supermarket near jaz and it has all the thing you need. Also hosts are generous and welcoming people, i appreciated them for everything.
Location was perfect. Short walk from the bus station, to the bus stop for bus to Sveti Stefan, and to the Budva beaches. Wifi was strong. Garden area was big and cosy for common area, with a decent outdoor kitchen. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in recent years and it has the best view among hotels in Becici. The room and the breakfast had been great and everyone should make themselves a favor by staying at one of their sea-view rooms for waking up to a breathtaking Adriatic view. The hotel is 5 min from Sveti Stefan and has its own beach as well, which is the best-serving beach on the coastal line. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to stay in this area!
The location is very good! Just next to the bus stop from which the buses to Sveti Stefan leaves. Also good restaurants and supermarket is nearby. The old town and the harbour is about 10 mins walk. The hosts were very kind and helpful, always ready to help. I'll definitely stay here if I ever come back to Budva. Oh, the fridge was nice and practical, I kept my cold drinks there.
The staff was very cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. We had an amazing couple of days with a great view and we could be at the beach in 5-6 minutes. The location is right in the middle of old town Budva and Sveti Stefan, so access to tourist attraction areas was easy. I definitely recommend spending a couple of days with these great people!
Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We had a fantastic ocean view from the 5th floor. We were appreciative to have the free parking and the location was good just between Sveti Stefan and Budva (easy to take a taxi or bus).
