Having arrived at the airport (half an hour drive away) in the early hours of the morning, and then having a taxi driver who would be rated as one of the two worst taxi drivers ever encountered over many years of travel which left us arriving at the hotel an hour and a half later, the staff were, very refreshingly, very welcoming. Check in was processed very quickly and efficiently to allow us to at least have a little sleep before embarking out later that day.
Having as tour arranged for the next two days, the receptionist was exceptional in ensuring that the tour operators were advised of our arrival and confirming of pick-up details. Absolutely wonderful assistance.
Room provided was very large and contained a large comfortable bed as well as an additional single one. The room also had a wonderful work bench to work from while sitting in front of a large window overlooking the neighborhood. Also contained comfortable chairs, small bedside table and a large wardrobe to ensure there was no issues with storage.
En-suite bathroom was large and contained an exceptional high water pressure shower. Both handheld and overhead.
Excellent free Wi-fi, although this is not secured so, care needs to be taken with any personal information provided over the internet.
English is not a common language in Morocco, but the staff here were very good (most of the time) understanding our requirements and meeting our needs.
It also provides a wonderful breakfast (at additional cost) and has two on-site restaurants, both of which appear to be very popular, so reservations are recommended.

The hotel reception was very kind and gave us upgrade for suit room, its a duplex, however with no balcony. We booked a room with balcony, so they accommodated us back to normal room. It was clean, spacious and with partial view on the Hassan II mosque. The bellboy/concierge arranged for us taxi to the airport. It was a very pleasant stay.
The apartment was right in front of Hassan II Mosque and had a nice view of the ocean, exactly as shown in the pictures. We only stayed one night and it had everything we needed for such a short stay (including iron and ironing board as well as coffee and water). The host was very kind and waited for us at the check-in time (after 3pm). The apartment had everything that it advertises, clean and tidy.
Detailed instructions to access the apartment, good communication with host, elevator available. The location is a bit away from the central area but at a walking distance from the Hassan II mosque. Spacious. We did not use the kitchen, hence we cannot say anything about it.

I really liked the location (direct view on Hassan II mosque) and the staff on site made it very easy to collect and drop the keys. The apartment is very big, fully furnished, basic utensils/small appliances in the kitchen, bedrooms have a reasonable size and one of them has a balcony. Overall very spacious and sun-lit apartment.

This property is near Hassan II Mosque, in front of this hotel is the small and nice park. Although the weather in Casablanca was very hot, inside the house was cooler and comfortable. Nice place and suitable for the price.
