Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The location is a bit remote but lovely surroundings. The grounds themselves are a bit funky and alternative. Not really what I expected due to the photos they share.

The location is very convenient for exploring Gauja National Park. Līgatne is a very quiet and peaceful village. We really appreciated the washing machine. There was a local power outage and the owner came to check on us and gave us extra lights and batteries, for which we were very grateful.
