The coordinate of this property is rude and Unprofessional personal. His name is nuwan. Initially when we booked he contacted us and asked to cancel the booking as the property was not ready. He said he don't knw booking.com allowed this booking. This property was then not available. Then second time after some days. we again booked the room as this seems to be good property. Then he. Again contacted us nd said you again booked the room nd he can't give that one (suite) nd said will give us another room in 40$. We agreed. We were in mirrisa nd while going to this property our rental car broke down. I asked him to cancel our reservation since we stucked due to this situation. He was so rude nd unprofessional and was laughing on us.. I would not recommend this property to one. You will other good better than this in same price. He is charging too much nD property doesn't worth this high. My recommendation NO...

Shashi is the best host one could imagine. She arranged everything we needed and more. She prepared a delicious breakfast every morning with new Sri Lankian tastes each day, her nice garden with palm trees at the beachfront is the perfect setting for that.
She also called nice Tuktuk drivers to take us around and remommened us great activities. A nice restaurant is also right next door. What more can you want?

The house was very nice. The owner lady and daughter Indu were very sweet. They have kept the house very neat and tidy.
The double bed room was very clean and outside area with table n chair. They served us Lemon Tea and biscuit on arrival and also a very nice breakfast (rice n sweet coconut) with tea.
The house is very near (10min walk) from Bentota Railway station and Bentota beach
Hospitality is awesome. Host are amazing, I didnt felt that I am out of my house. Breakfast is lovely, they helped us in every regard. I love the fruits they served. Its just 2 min walk for beach and bentota railway station. strongly recommend this place.
