Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service! I started celebrating my birthday at the hotel before heading to the restaurant. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, responding to all my requests politely and professionally. They even brought five pairs of slippers for my guests in the suite, even though they weren’t staying at the hotel. I’m beyond grateful for this thoughtful gesture.
I will definitely return and stay here again when I’m back in Kazakhstan. A big thank you to the reception team and the concierge staff for being so caring and attentive. Much love!

LOCATION 10/10: at the center of the city, main road, just across Kinopark Saryarka mall & just 5 mins walk to Khan Shatyr Entertainment Center. All tourist sites in the city are accessible in 5 to 20 minute taxi ride (I used app yandex go, very efficient and cheap.)
STAFFS 10/10: During my check in, a young Kazakh woman in front desk assisted me with all I need plus the helpful hotel staff Nikolai, all of the staffs are approachable, kind and helpful, even in booking . Com chat, very responsive.
COMFORT 10/10: Complete with everything, a quiet room with fridge, hangers, table & socket beside bed etc. The room is big. Beautiful aesthetic. They have a 24/7 restaurant.
CLEANLINESS 10/10: Everything is clean. They have daily room cleaning if you wish.
WIFI 10/10: strong & stable
