Hotel28 is where I stay in Seoul. It is centrally located to the must-see places and with easy access to the subway.
The rooms are adequately sized and maintained. Staff are very professional and friendly.
Love the free popcorn during check-in and most of all the free in room beverages in the refrigerator.
I was so impressed with the Hotel28 during my first visit that I decided to return and spend our family Christmas holiday there.

Google didn’t work when I was there few weeks ago but the location is just near Myeongdong Station, North Face store etc
Location is very strategic if you want to go around Myeongdong for shopping.
Namsan Tower is also nearby.
A lot of restaurants and mini marts around the area.

The room I got was at the 5th floor- cute size yet functional at the same time neat.

2nd time staying here at Mangrove Dongdaemun, it is always clean and very close to the attraction, walk around the corner and you are in a street with many shops and street foods outside. At night it is even better, walking to DDP. The room was big and got a view to the city and Namsan Tower it was amazing. The rooftop views are even better. Will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Seoul.

Location was right next to all the shopping, a subway station, Namsan Tower, and the airport bus. Room had plenty of space and staff was helpful with nice touches.
From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and valued. Their hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The location of the hotel was another highlight, a 5min walk from subway line 4 Hoehyeon station (exit 1), situated in the heart of the city, it was within walking distance of many popular attractions ( our fave spot is Namsan Park), restaurants (24hrs open) , and shops.
I stayed in both the deluxe and normal double, and preferred the deluxe for slightly more space and much larger windows + airflow. Either are an excellent value. All budget accommodations in this area are tight on space, but these rooms very well utilize the space. I really enjoyed daily hikes up Namsan, especially early in the morning as Seoul is slow to wake.
An exceptionally luxurious hotel in a beautiful complex and with a Skywalk to Yongsan metro station and a major mall with lots of restaurants and shops. The Ibis staff went above and beyond in every way to make my 4 night stay comfortable. The location is also close to bus stops and taxi services. I didn't upgrade to a view of the Han River but the view I had was of Namsan Tower and that was fantastic. I had buffet breakfast as the hotel that shares the complex and it was terrific.
