The hospitality was wonderful -- a warm greeting and kindness from every staff person. The tea room was lovely and we dined on Peking duck at the restaurant which was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The morning breakfast was delicious.

Staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful! We only could check-in around 745pm due to our arrival flight on the first day. Upon our arrival, the check-in staff advised to go get food & drink first and check in later, as the Happy Hour at their lounge finishes the meal/drink service at 8pm. We followed their advice and went to the lounge, and saw the lounge staff waiting for us. They were all so very kind and helpful - the bartender even came to our table at 8pm and offered to bring drinks specially just because we were so late and he didn't want us to miss anything.
I usually don't have high expectation on hotel buffet but they had good food overall - lamb chops were tender and delicious!
Overall the experience was much better than Shilla.

My second time there, I chose it for the cool location, right in front of Namdaemun Market street, a 7 min walk to Myeondong Night Market and Lotte Department Store, lots of places to eat, cafes and convenient stores around and lots of bus stations.
There is a washing machine and a styler in the room, a dryer in the basement but for a fee. The room is clean and spacious.
Very well located, just opposite from Namdaemun market and < 10 mins walk to Myeongdong. Well connected to blue and green subway lines. Room is clean and comfortable.
Excellent location with Namdaemun market and myeongdong just minutes away. A lot of local restaurants, CU and GS25 nearby too. There’s also an Airport limousine bus stop on the main road mins from the property. Utensils, furnishings and even the electrical appliances were practically brand new and well taken care of.
Near the bus stop and airport bus bus stop. Very convenient. Opposite of the hotel is a Namdaemun Market (traditional market) hence it's great for shopping. Also beside the hotel there are restaurants and cafe available. Daily housekeeping is available hence the room is always clean. Very happy staying here.
Located not far from myeongdong market and namdaemun market. Love the fact that they have airport limousine within 2 mins from the hotel. They blue ribbon restaurant located on the ground (1f) and buffet style rest located on b1 level. They have a decent size gym and laundry room located on b1. They have multiple convenient stores nearby. Hotel replenishes our amenities every day. They also have a bidet in their toilets, which is quite rare in the hotels in South Korea.
Quiet location and close to Seoul Station, so it was easy to go to the airport.
It is close to Namsan Tower and it was nice to be able to travel comfortably such as Itaewon, Myeongdong, and Namdaemun Market.

Really positive experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great affordable hotel option for a solo female traveller. Location was fantastic, really close to Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong shopping area. I appreciated that there was laundry and detergent available.
