The staff were very accommodating, allowing me a (really) early check-in and loaning the proper electrical adapter for Korean plugs. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was quiet, the wi-fi was excellent, and the location very convenient to the tourists sights in Seoul. I would highly recommend for a short stay of a few nights.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and son. Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately, our 11-year-old son caught a severe cold. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. A kind young lady from the reception accompanied us to the pharmacy and helped us get the necessary medication. Additionally, the hotel provided free transportation so we could visit a doctor. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about us. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again to the Four Seasons hotel and its amazing team.

Good location, easy to find from the metro station. Very close to the Myeongdong shopping streets which is lovely for tourists and at the same time quiet when you are back around the hotel area. Room itself was big enough for two people and had everything we needed. Staff there were polite and professional, communication was also smooth.
The room was spacious with a heated floor (winter), free breakfast, and complete amenities. You can even cook your own meal. They also provide heat packs and face mask. The staff were helpful and responsive if you have questions or need assistance with.
The place is located at the upper part and it's walking distance from Myeongdong shopping street and N Seoul Tower.
It’s easy to go to Myeongdong shopping street, station and airport bus stop, also there are many halal restaurants near hostel. I booked triple room for me and my husband so it’s large enough to open our luggages and put our clothes and stuffs on the rest space and bed. But I think it will be too small for 3 people stay in there. They provide complete amenities and small fridge in room. We also can cook and do laundry in the service area at the basement.
Overall we satisfied and enjoy our stay there.
The location was excellent. The neighborhood had a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. A few blocks away were the main Myeongdong shopping streets, so everything was very convenient. The room was nice and the staff was very helpful.
The location is great, near to the subway station and airport bus stop. Very easy to find Myeongdong shopping street and Gyeongbokgung palace by walking about 10-15 minutes away.
This hostel is relatively close to the Myeongdong shopping street but it is in a more quiet neighborhood. It is a quick wall from Myeongdong Exit 3. There’s a spacious luggage area and locker room that you can use so that the dorm rooms will not be crowded by big luggages.
