The hotel manager Helen is the best hotelier I have ever met! I have stayed at 5star hotels and interacted with various receptionists and concierges globally but not one of them can beat Helen. She is friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, genuinely and actively helpful. I would stay in any hotel where she works.

Perfect location, close to public transport, restaurants, convenience stores, malls. Has laundry facilities. You just have to walk around the corner to be in the busy, vibing part of Jeju. Quiet at night, despite being so close to the action. The hotel was spotless and the staff were lovely.
