The room was clean and comfortable in an excellent location - a short walk to the beach and the train station with many great restaurants nearby and the markets across the road. The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely, she always greeted us and she did an excellent job. We were really happy staying here.

Famous beach.
Famous beach. Please avoid visit from the end of July and the beginning of August. Most of korean company have summer holiday this time, so price will be expensive. Also Chusuk holiday period as well (Korean Thanks giving day)

We stayed here for 1 night, while visiting Gyeongju and Busan. The hotel is located right next to Haeundae beach. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very minimal but fresh and delicious . All amenities were provided. Best thing about it though, is the Korean seafood restaurant on the sea side of the same building. We had the best lunch there! The hotel is only a short walk from the Blue Line Park ticket office, where you can get on the Sky Capsule.
We stayed in 5 different accommodation during our trip to South Korea and this was my family's favourite. Spacious, modern and clean. The apartment is almost brand new and is conveniently located to Haeundae Beach but in a more quiet spot. There is construction going on next door, but it wasn't noisy.
You’re basically sleeping inside a closet. A bit of a surreal experience, but that’s what was advertised. The hotel is a very short walk to Haeundae beach, so the location is ideal for the insanely cheap price.
Everything was fine, but cleaning service was a little bit annoying. Hotel was at the Haeundae beach, facing the street, but at night it was really calm. We couldn’t hear other people in the hotel either.
The hotel is clean and has amazing view of Haeundae beach. The location is close to restaurants and street food vendors and bus stop just right in front of the hotel. The staffs are so friendly, and very helpfull.
I think this hotel is the best choice for price and location only except luxury hotels in the Haeundae Beach. This room is actually apartment so you can use the washing machine easily with a free laundry detergent. The parking lot is also very good.
Amazing location right on the Haeundae beach. Big comfy apartments which definitely beats the comfort and prices of the nearby hotels. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with three bathrooms with a fantastic view of Haeundae and Busan. I would never again book a hotel, but rather pay less for this comfort.
The location is just perfect, by the sea/fishing port, super close to the Haeundae beach without being in the center of it. So it's located in a quiet area but one can access the beach within 3 minutes. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. If you go to Busan by train you can take bus no. 1003 and reach the hotel in about an hour. The rooftop is also beautiful at night (you can bring your own drinks up there, there's no bar/café - the hotel café some people are talking about is closed)
The hotel is basic, but okay.
The location close to Haeundae Beach and the market is probably the best reason to stay here.
I've read a lot about the elevators (you have to switch elevators on the fourth floor to get to the hotel lobby on the sixth floor), but it didn't bother us. It usually went pretty smoothly, and you got to know other people in the elevator.
The room was very spacious.
For Busan, the price is pretty okay.
This is a basic practical hotel with typically compact rooms that are comfortable and functional, in line with the price (NB: I like small rooms). As a Haeundae base for seeing the sights of Busan, it's a good place to sleep, and the beach view from the room was nice. There is a decent selection of food at breakfast, including toast for anyone who doesn't want ta typical korean breakfast. The highlight is the proximity to Haeundae Beach where we enjoyed walking each evening and listening to the buskers.
