La gestrice della struttura ci ha aiutato e supportato in tutto. E' stata disponibile al cambio della stanza che abbiamo chiesto a causa del forte odore di fumo. Ci ha chiamato i taxi e aiutato con la lingua. Lei è l'unica cosa che salviamo dell'esperienza. Molto brava e con ottimo inglese.
