The quiet neighbourhood, staff always greeting and cleaning of rooms was very fast. Even before 2pm all finished and could enter in already cleaned room. A lot of restaurants and cafes around. Area feels really local. Rental car right inside the hotel, also dhl, but that one did not use.

The property was close to the station and bus stops (10-15min) and located in a quiet area. The bedding was comfortable and the room had a nice view. The staff also came and (surface) cleaned every day.
