Staff were lovely, the car was waiting for us the next morning rather than having to get them to take it out and stand around while they did that.

the hotel location is excellent, it’s close to the airport, hamdeok beach, dongmun market. It’s got a gym, laundry and free valet parking. Breakfast was also good.

Location is excellent, Dongmun market exits 1,2,3 and Black pork street are easily reachable on right and left side of hotel lobby. Cafe downstairs offer great food as early as 730am and good coffee and they will deliver to room at no charge.
I like that the location was near the sea, at the north of Jeju City. The area around the hotel is very convenient as well, with good access to food, convenience stores and even eMart! You can also walk to Dongmun Market.
Great location n easy to get taxi. near dongmun market, convenience stalls, eateries n the bonus is having a laundry room in the hotel at level 1 with detergent to be purchased in the laundry room for only 500won.

The hotel itself is clean. There were no any problems with cleaning or bedding. Staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend it for solo or couple travelers.
There is a barbecue area on the roof. It looks very cool for having fun during warm days
