It is a luxury property, and it delivered as such! The pool and spa services were especially great. But a special shoutout to their dining services—the buffet dinner and breakfast are unlike anything I have ever seen. I enjoyed them a lot!

The best hotel I visited during my stay in Korea!!!! Hotel staff is exceptional. Food (breakfast) is amazing. Yes, you can find some other options outside, but breakfast & dinner are so valuable at the hotel. Aldo, the shuttle bus is so convenient. Every one is amazing at that hotel. Beds are amazing. The room is so convenient. So clean! Views are stunning !!! It made me keep using Lotte hotels.
