Bed was very comfortable and *most* things were clean. Daily fresh towels, coffee and tea were provided.
Staff when I checked in seemed very confused and didn't know Booking.com and didn't speak English, but I also arrived 30min before check-in time, so maybe he wasn't trained for it? Was friendly though and I got into my room without further issues. Check-out staff was very friendly and spoke some English.
