The hospitality was wonderful -- a warm greeting and kindness from every staff person. The tea room was lovely and we dined on Peking duck at the restaurant which was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The morning breakfast was delicious.

Love the whole vibe of the place. It wasn't in a busy area first and foremost and it was central enough to get to the places we needed to. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Oh and breakfast was really good and fresh.

Staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful! We only could check-in around 745pm due to our arrival flight on the first day. Upon our arrival, the check-in staff advised to go get food & drink first and check in later, as the Happy Hour at their lounge finishes the meal/drink service at 8pm. We followed their advice and went to the lounge, and saw the lounge staff waiting for us. They were all so very kind and helpful - the bartender even came to our table at 8pm and offered to bring drinks specially just because we were so late and he didn't want us to miss anything.
I usually don't have high expectation on hotel buffet but they had good food overall - lamb chops were tender and delicious!
Overall the experience was much better than Shilla.
