I stayed at this hotel with my wife and son. Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately, our 11-year-old son caught a severe cold. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. A kind young lady from the reception accompanied us to the pharmacy and helped us get the necessary medication. Additionally, the hotel provided free transportation so we could visit a doctor. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about us. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again to the Four Seasons hotel and its amazing team.

The location was great. Easy to get to from the airport, lots of restaurants nearby, and the metro station 2 blocks away. The restaurant was a bonus as it snowed and was very cold outside and we were very comfortable staying in one evening. We would definitely stay here again on another visit.
