This is by far our favourite hotel in Phnom Penh. We have stayed there twice so far. The view is breathtaking (at least from any room that has a river view but it is almost surrounded by rivers). Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The suites and rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped and have a balcony. Nice wooden floors. Breakfast is served with a view of the Mekong and the rooftop bar is one of the finest I have ever seen. The pool on the 18th floor has lovely, relatively warm water and is open until 10 PM and has bar stools in the water. This will definitely be my choice again when I next go to PP

Have a fully charged camera. Bring water and wear sunscreen as it is very hot. Cover your shoulder s and knees. A dress is cooler than capris. Wear comfortable shoes as you walk so much. A neck fan or cooling cloth will help.

The friendliness and hospitality of the staff is something comforting when visiting a new country. They checked in on us everytime we were leaving and arriving back at hotel. The room is clean with comfortable bed, and the tv has so many channels available! Toilet has bidet shower sprayer too! It is easy to travel to places of interests as everything is nearby. we took less than 10 mins to all halal food places that we intended to visit. Also short distance to the royal palace and the silver pagoda!
The rooftop bar, also used for breakfast, is fantastic with a lovely view of PP. Rooms were nice, clean and roomy. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful at all times. Convenient location with the Silver Pagoda, Royal Palace and the Mekong river side within walking distance and 5 mins with Tuktuk to the city centre (getting the Grab or PassApp mobile apps recommended).

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Phnom Penh with stunning views. The infinity pool is lovely and overlooks the Silver Pagoda, so can’t get much better views in Phnom Penh, which the staff will bring drinks up to you when by the pool. Hotel is really clean and the staff can’t do much more for you.
Everything was top quality: spacious extraclean room , with comfy beds, varied breakfast, with infinite choices of local and western dishes, private parking place, at a walking distance from the silver pagoda , the royal palace and the riverfront , kind and helpful staff, great view of the city … all this and much more for an unbelievable price!
The location was fantastic and within walking distance of the Silver Pagoda, National Museum, and S-21 Genocide Museum. Room was quiet and had a balcony. The included breakfast was in a room with a 270 degree view of Phnom Penh.

The location of the hotel was superb; the staff couldn't do enough to help us. Room big and comfortable. The balcony/walkway outside the rooms overlooked the monastery next door and the bustling streets so it was a very 'immersive' stay. Not far from the riverside and night market. The Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda were also within walking distance.
Sadly the roof terrace/bar was being refurbished.
Nice reception people, ood room, good bed, good AC + Fan, big fridge, good shower, balcony, absolutely phantastic location with enough possibilities to eat or have a craft-, draft- or normal beer, 2 minutes to Tuol Sleng, walking distance to the Mekong river, Silver Pagoda, central market.
