Hem estat molt a gust durant tota l'estada, sobretot pel tracte del personal. Són molt amables i t'ajuden a organitzar totes les activitats turístiques. Volem agraïr l'atenció que ens va oferir la Lily, i també la resta de personal (Senyoreta Ra).

L'hotel ofereix tot allò que un pot necessitar després d'una jornada extenuant visitant els temples d'Angkor. Una habitació amplíssima on descansar i relaxar-se còmodament, una piscina per fugir de les temperatures tòrrides del tròpic i un restaurant que ofereix un esmorzar comlert i de molt bona qualitat. També hem aprofitat els seus serveis per als trasllats a l'aeroport i per organitzar les nostres visites als temples i tot ha anat com una seda. Està una mica apartat de la zona més bulliciosa de Siem Reap però s'hi arriba fàcilment tot fent un passeig ben agradable. Cal destacar que la zona, a més, és molt tranquil.la i disposa d'alguns establiments de restauració més que correctes. En resum una gran adreça a Siem Reap

El personal és molt amable i atent, les habitacions estan netes i molt bé, l’esmorzar deliciós, la piscina i l’exterior el vam disfrutar moltíssim, vam estar molt agust en les instal•lacions. Està situat a 15 minuts del centre i si vols desplaçar-te amb tuktuk costa menys d’1 $. Vam demanar l’organització amb tuktuk i cotxe a Angkor i a altres temples de les afores i la recollida a l’aeroport, tot va anar perfecte, tant els conductors, la puntualitat, les activitats…

    Disponibilitat del personal per solucionar problemes. Piscina tranquila. Ubicació magnífica, a uns 7 minuts caminant de Pub Street, però amb la tranquilitat d'estar lluny del bullici. Al costat, un centre comercial petitet i vingut a menys, però amb un supermercat. Ens van preparar un picnic pel dia de visita a Angkor a les 4.30h de la matinada. Fruit Punch i tovalloletes de benvinguda. Esmorzar correcte, sense estridències.
