The room was the widest room I have ever seen in Japan and I also quite like the style.
I loved the communal bath.
The value of the room was above its price, delightful.

The room was good. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was easy to use and effective, there was a TV that you could actually watch for free without having your own TV license details and the chairs were more comfortable than most.
Additionally I really enjoyed using the private onsen-like baths on the first floor. I had to wait a little while (just in my room) on the Saturday but got straight in on the Sunday and this was during golden week weekend.
The staff were friendly too and a couple of the older gentleman were using a little English even though it wasn't necessary.
