Fantastic property. Quiet place just off the main town, great if u have a rental car but the owner offers drop offs. But the star is the private place that comes with a private bath. Large place even for two of us. Better than squeezing w all the tourists down the road in a commercialised ryokan. Yea you dont get the traditional dinner but you can takeaway from convenience store, watch netflix in the comfort of your place! Owner was really friendly and stylish too!

The view from the in-room onsen was beautiful. The hotel had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Normally other Japanese ryokans can’t change their kaiseki menu, but they changed their menu to accommodate my partner’s allergy. The bed was big and super comfy. They also offered shuttle bus service to Yufuin station.
The breakfast was great very Japanese traditional style bit location wise a bit further from Yufuin station. Although walkable distance but was quite hard pushing the lugguage uphills.
Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment; quiet & great location only about 5 mins walk to main street & Yufuin station. Great onsen baths - indoor & outside. Bike path along the river right nearby.
The hotel is opposite side of the Yufuin station, very close to the station and convenient. We received the instructions after we booked the hotel. The room is quite big and there is onsen room on the third floor, we did not use it because it is always occupied all the time when we stayed there.
Although the location is a little far from Yufuin Station, the hotel provides free pick-ups. The dinner and breakfast are all delicacy and you can enjoy the hot spring at anytime.
We walked to the hotel from JR Yufuin Station in less than 10-minute. Attentive and friendly staffs. Great dinner, we don’t have stomach for desserts and the staff asked if we would like to have our dessert packed. Yufuin Floral Village is close-by.
The hotel is located less than 1km from JR Yufuin Station. There is a MaxValue nearby. I like the Onsen on the the top floor. The bath is large and locker area is clean.
About 20mins walk from Yufuin station to the hotel, staff was kind to give us a lift to the station on the day we check out. Private Onsen was good, did not get a chance to try the public onsen as we do not have enough time. One of the lady staff was friendly and walked us out to the nearby Lake Kinrin. Family room is big for a family of 4.
